1-Step Challenge - Elite (Funded Stage)

The Simulated Maximum Total Relative Drawdown for the 1-Step Challenge - Elite (Funded Stage) is set at 6% of your balance. As your balance grows, the maximum total relative drawdown will trail with it.

Example:

If you start the with an account balance of $100,000, the maximum total drawdown allowed would be:

  • Maximum Total Relative Drawdown = $100,000 * 6% = $6,000.

  • So, your Maximum drawdown will start at $94,000. Your balance or equity cannot drop below this value.

If your account started at $100,000 but you grew the account to $105,000, the maximum total drawdown would be:

  • Maximum Total Relative Drawdown = $105,000 * 6% = $6,300.

  • So, your new Maximum drawdown will start at $98,700. Your balance or equity cannot drop below this value.
Exceeding this drawdown limit can result in a review or termination of your of your participation in the challenge, as it indicates a breach of the established risk management protocols.

NOTE: The Simulated Maximum Total Relative Drawdown refers to the largest permissible loss from your account's highest point over the entire evaluation period, ensuring long-term risk management.
