What is Elevating Traders' Refund Policy?

Refund Policy:
  • After a successful payment for one of our programs, you will receive an email with login details to access your trading platform.
  • Once this information is emailed to you, no refund will be given.
  • Challenge Refunds are issued only after successful completion of an Elevating Traders Challenge and is paid with the third withdrawal (Note: The challenge refund does not apply to our Instant Funded Account).
Dispute Policy:
  • By placing an order for any of our products, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this refund policy.
  • If you do not agree with the terms of this policy, please do not place an order with us.
  • For any questions regarding our refund policy, contact us.
Acceptance of this Policy:
  • Clients who improperly dispute charges or request chargebacks with their bank will be permanently banned from the platform.
  • Please contact our Live Chat support if you have any questions.
Challenge Refunds After Successful Completion of the Elevating Traders Challenge:
  • After you have successfully completed the 1-Step, 2-Step or 3-Step Challenge, and proceeded to the funded phase, you will receive a refund of the initial sign-up fee you paid with your third withdrawal.
  • Your sign-up fee will not be refunded until you have generated sufficient profits for a withdrawal.
Important: The challenge refund amount will be based on the actual amount you paid for the challenge. If you purchased the challenge at a discounted fee, the refund will reflect that discounted amount.
