How is the refund processed and delivered?

110% Refund on Challenge Fees


After passing your challenge and becoming an Elite Trader, you are eligible for a 110% refund on your challenge fees.


  • The challenge refund will be processed with your third regular payout 
  • The challenge refund will be delivered using the same payment method as your trading profits.
Additional Points to Bear in Mind:
  • KYC Verification: Before any payment, including the refund, you must complete the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process.
  • Payment Method: Ensure your payment details are up-to-date in your account settings to avoid any delays.
  • Notification: You will receive an email notification once the refund has been processed.
  • Processing Time: Depending on your payment provider, it may take a few business days for the refund to appear in your account.
  • Support: If you encounter any issues or have questions about your refund, contact our customer support team for assistance.
By keeping these points in mind, you can ensure a smooth and timely refund process.

Important: The challenge refund amount will be based on the actual amount you paid for the challenge. If you purchased the challenge at a discounted fee, the refund will reflect that discounted amount. 

Note: The refund does not apply to our Instant Funded Account.
